Amenities
The amenities within Waterscape are for the exclusive use of residents. The Amenity Center is available to reserve for private gatherings as well as the Pool Pavilion area (where grills and canopy are located). When renting the Amenity Center, access to the center and patio are included. Guests will have access to the pool facilities but not exclusive access. Those reserving the Pool Pavilion area will have exclusive access to this area only, not exclusive access to the entire pool.
The pavilion, pool and dog park areas are locked at all times. Each household is given one card, which will be provided upon receipt of a signed agreement. Replacement and/or additional cards are available for a fee of $25, check or money order only. (Made payable to Waterscape HOA).
